NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Registration Starts: 12:30 pm. Call to Order at 1:30 pm (Immediately following the DSM for CPC Conference 2023)

Location: Azalea Room, Garden Park Towers, 2825 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6S3

All members in good standing are invited to attend the AGM.  Members in good standing must hold a valid Conservative Party of Canada membership twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM (18^th February 2023); or have held a membership within the previous 90 days of the AGM AND purchased a new membership, prior to the AGM Call to Order.

If your membership has lapsed, you may renew your membership online at https://donate.conservative.ca/membership/ or by calling the National Conservative Service Desk at 1-866-808-8407.

In addition to the required business, speeches and housekeeping items, there will be light refreshments.

Please RSVP for the AGM, to assist our Electoral District Association with planning. NOTE: All attendees will be vetted for a valid Conservative Party of Canada membership.
