NOTICE OF DELEGATE SELECTION

CPC CONVENTION, QUEBEC CITY, SEPTEMBER 7-9, 2023

Registration Starts: 12.30pm. Call to Order at 1.00pm

Location: Azalea Room, Garden Park Towers, 2825 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6S3

All members in good standing are invited to attend the Delegate Selection meeting to be followed immediately by the AGM at 1.30pm

Important Considerations for Prospective Convention 2023 Quebec City Delegates:

• Delegates must be Conservative Party of Canada members in good standing as of February 18th, 2023 (21 days prior to the meeting).
• Delegates should have a serious intention of attending the Convention.
• Convention costs will be the Delegates responsibility. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by Delegates over and above an amount, yet to be determined, which our EDA will assist with.
• Delegates will be expected to participate in as many of the policy meetings in our Region as possible, leading up to Convention. 
• In addition, Delegates must satisfy all the requirements set out in Section 7 of the Rules and Procedures for Delegate Selection Meetings.

• Note that any Party member in good standing may attend the Convention without being an official voting delegate of the EDA.

If you are interested in being a Delegate for the Convention you should attend this meeting for this Selection Meeting and be prepared to sign the documents referred to in the Section 7 link above.
